The War Room is staffed by Captain Marvel, who uses C.E.N.T.R.A.L. to decrypt Intel Caches and dispatch Heroes on Hero Ops.
Intel Cache Decryption[]
Hero Ops can be unlocked by decrypting Intel Caches. Decrypted Intel Caches also reward Intel.
Hero Ops[]
Hero Ops are special missions that are unlocked by decrypting Intel Caches. By interacting with Captain Marvel, players can send Heroes on Hero Ops and check the status of Ops in progress.
Upgrades[]
War Room upgrades enhance the rewards earned from combat Missions or Hero Ops.
S.H.I.E.L.D. Exchange[]
The S.H.I.E.L.D. Exchange enables the Midnight Suns to obtain resources from S.H.I.E.L.D. 
Credits can be used to purchase Resources including 
Intel, Gamma Coils, Blueprints, and 
Gloss. Essence and Intel can be exchanged for Credits.
S.T.R.I.K.E. Terminal[]
The S.T.R.I.K.E. Terminal unlocks the chance for Heroes to interrogate subdued enemies on Missions.
Kree Processor[]
The Kree Processor improves Intel Cache decryption results and allows two Hero Ops to be run at the same time.
