S.T.R.I.K.E. Terminal is an upgrade for the War Room. S.T.R.I.K.E. Terminal is unlocked by completing the Research project Truth Serum, which rewards the player with the associated War Room Schematic.

Hydra enemies have a chance to become available for Interrogation when KO'd in combat.

Interrogation[]
After unlocking the S.T.R.I.K.E. Terminal, when Hydra enemies are KO'd, there is a chance that an Interrogate Card will be added to the player's hand. Upon receiving this Card, the player has a limited number of actions before it expires. When the Interrogate Card is played, the selected squad member will approach the target, receiving a reward.
