- "Immune to Knockback" does not merely mean immovable; Enemies with Protecting cannot even be targeted by cards with Knockback.
- "Forced movement" includes Gather, which cannot even target Enemies with Protecting.
- Several Status Effects and Cards negate Protecting, including Banished, Bound, Stun, Charm and Mindbender.
