Nico Minoru is a Marvel Universe character and part of the roster in Marvel's Midnight Suns. She and Doctor Strange can be seen in the Announcement Trailer from August 25, 2021, reviving Hunter from a sarcophagus.
The players can interact with Nico and she will reveal some of her personal story, and will tell about her evil parents, the forming and break-up of the Runaways and the Staff of One. She is also initiator of the EMO KIDS meeting, that aims to help Hunter to find out about their first death.

While in the woods, Nico asks Hunter where they stand on Nature vs Nurture. Nico is worried she is evil but wants the Hunter's perspective.

Hunter meets at Nico's favorite spot, the Chapel. Nico expresses that they are her top friend, even if she cannot say it directly. Nico also mentions taking their advice about accepting what happened with her parents. Nico lets Hunter know that she'll be there to support Hunter when they confront their mother.

With her unpredictable Staff of One, many of Nico's abilities may have random effects.
These effects are determined when the ability card is drawn and are indicated by the Roulette keyword.
Trivia[]
- Nico is vegan and convinced Magik to eat vegan as well. She tells Hunter that magically created food counts as vegan, as it does not come from normal sources, when they question her eating a meal that includes meat.
- Unlike the comic universe, Nico isn't in a relationship with Karolina Dean in the game. It's implied that Karolina's and Xavin's marriage went off without a hitch in this world.
- There's no explicit confirmation that Nico is bisexual as in the comics, but she is supportive of same sex relationships and has a queer pride pin on her jacket.
- Nico implies that fictional languages cannot be used for the Staff of One.
- Nico had a crush on Robbie the first week they met before they developed a big sister little brother relationship, despite the fact Robbie is 3 years older than her.
- Lyrica Okano, Nico's voice actor, also played the role of Nico in the TV-show "Marvel's Runaways" (2017ā2019). Okano appeared in all 3 seasons/33 episodes.
- Nico is stated to be 20 years old in the prequel novel.
