Environment Attacks leverage objects in mission areas to damage or debuff units.
Actions[]

The player can use several types of actions to utilize the environment on their turn. These actions generally cost Heroism but do not require a Card Play. Damage from these types of Environment Attacks is based on the level of the Yard. Each object can only be used once: objects that can still be used are outlined in yellow; objects that have already been used will appear broken.
Throw[]

Small objects such as crates or newspapers can be thrown at enemy units at a cost of 1 Heroism. Throw's scope is a circle centered on the object. You can target any enemy inside this circle.
Drop[]

Objects hanging from the ceiling can be dropped at a cost of 2 Heroism by targeting the yellow square outline on the ground below it. The Area of Effect is a circle, and will damage everything below it: friend or foe.
Detonate[]

Certain objects in the environment can be detonated at a cost of 1 Heroism. This causes an explosion in a radius around the object. This explosion damages all units within its range, friend or foe.
Vault[]

Large, square objects can be jumped off at a cost of 1 Heroism. Vault's scope is a sector pointing away from the hero. The sector's centerline lies on the line between the hero and the object. You can target any enemy inside this sector.
Topple[]

Poles can be pulled down at a cost of 2 Heroism. Topple's scope is a sector pointing towards the hero. The sector's centerline lies on the line between the hero and the object. Its Area of Effect is a line inside this sector. (This line looks like a rectangle, but it is defined as a "line with width" in the sense of Photon Beam+.) Topple damages any units caught in its AoE, whether friend or foe.
Slide[]
Wide, rectangular objects can be slid at a cost of 2 Heroism. Slide's scope is a sector pointing away from the hero. The sector's centerline lies on the line between the hero and the object. Like Topple, Slide's Area of Effect is a line inside this sector. Unlike Topple, Slide can be blocked by other objects in the environment. Furthermore, Slide not only damages any units caught in its AoE, but also deflects them. Deflection is similar to Knockback in that affected units get pushed; the difference is that you don't choose the direction of this push. Instead, the direction of Slide determines the angle of deflection: if Slide's direction is perpendicular to the enemy, then the enemy will be deflected straight back; if Slide's direction hits the enemy at an angle, then the enemy will also be deflected at an angle. This gives rise to the theory that the angle of deflection mirrors the angle of Slide's direction.
Cards With Environmental Interactions[]
A number of card effects interact with the environment.
Knockback[]
Units take damage when they collide with the environment.
Stun[]

Certain environments apply Stun when collided with. However, these objects can only apply Stun once: they will be outlined in blue before collision; after collision, they will appear broken.
Detonate[]

You can trigger Detonate through Knockback. If you knock a unit into Detonate, the line of collision will appear yellow, the object will be shaded red, and a broken circle will appear around the object, representing its area of effect.
Drop (Status Effect)[]

There is a 39% chance of instantly KOing Hydra Elite after knocking him into Hellmouth with Lash.
Environments that you can fall off, such as ledges, skylights and holes created by cards with Drop, may instantly KO enemies they collide with. Certain enemies cannot be KO'd by Drop, such as Supervillains. Otherwise, the lower an enemy's Health, the more likely they are to get KO'd. Strictly speaking, Drop is a Status Effect that applies to certain cards, but practically speaking, it is an environment created by those cards. This environment is unnamed, probably to avoid confusion with the Environment Attack, #Drop.
