Captain Marvel, also known as Carol Danvers, is a playable Hero in Marvel's Midnight Suns. She is also responsible for manning the War Room. A driven Air Force pilot and security agent, Carol Danvers dreamt of one day going to space. Her day job was to investigate and safeguard the American space program from disruption by alien attackers. However, it was her own life that was ultimately disrupted when a Kree device triggered her half alien DNA and awakened her human/Kree hybrid abilities.
Now known as Captain Marvel, Carol wields superhuman strength and can not only fly, but can also achieve interstellar flight under her own power. Her intimate connection to space also allows her to harness and direct vast cosmic energy, working alongside the Avengers to defeat intergalactic enemies.[2]

Captain Marvel and Hunter meet outside by the workout area of the Yard. Captain Marvel thanks Hunter for their unexpected friendship and mentions that she doesn't have many friends. There is some banter concerning being exceptional and references to Buffy the vampire slayer and how Buffy is supported and loved by her friends.
Level 4[]
Carol wants to meet Hunter for some stargazing. Carol shares that as a kid she was obsessed with the sun and it's power. Now, as Captain Marvel, she has seen much of the universe and that sense of wonder has worn off. Carol then talks about gaining her powers from the Kree Psyche-Megatron and wonders what she would be like as a normal person. Hunter tells her that she would have been extraordinary regardless.
Level 5[]
Carol lounges with Hunter in the Grotto. Realizing she hasn't had a real vacation in a long time, Carol plans on going on one after the apocalypse is thwarted. She'd like Hunter to join her, and won't take no for an answer. An amused Hunter is offered the choice of where they can go: a tropical vacation, a winter vacation, or simply staying at the Abbey. Regardless of the choice, Carol is happy and plan to ensure Hunter has the best time.
