Agatha's Cauldron is located in the Abbey Library and allows the player to craft various items, including Combat Items, Essence, Gifts, and Palettes. The Cauldron also allows for transmutations of all three Essence types, Credits, and Gloss. When you first enter the Library, right next to the Cauldron you can find Agatha's Cookbook.
